Strategic Brand Storyteller & Content Marketer

_______________________________________________

Creative by nature, strategic by practice — I’m a content marketer and brand storyteller with 8+ years of experience translating complex products, services, and customer experiences into clear, compelling narratives that drive understanding, trust, and growth. With a foundation in journalism, I am an innately curious storyteller at heart. I bring an editorial instinct for clarity, narrative structure, and audience empathy.

My work sits at the intersection of customer storytelling, product messaging, and strategic content — helping SaaS startups, founder-led businesses, and emerging technology companies articulate their value in ways that resonate with real audiences. Across agency, in-house, and consulting roles, I’ve developed integrated content programs that translate complex ideas into clear customer value — spanning case studies, webinar campaigns, lifecycle email, website messaging, newsletters, social content, and sales enablement materials.

I do my best work in fast-moving environments with emotionally intelligent leaders who value direct communication, where thoughtful storytelling helps bridge the gap between innovation and real-world impact.

Live Webinars | Spotlighting Attendee Feedback

Throughout my career, I’ve consistently gravitated toward webinar and live educational content as one of my favorite forms of strategic storytelling. I enjoy the full process — from shaping the narrative and planning audience journeys to designing branded presentation materials, coordinating promotional campaigns, and supporting execution before, during, and after launch. Whether developing thought leadership panels, customer-facing product webinars, or lead-generating masterclasses, I bring both creative and operational ownership to building webinar experiences that engage audiences and extend value beyond the live event.

Getting positive feedback from event attendees lights me up!

Octopus Arms™ Masterclass • Brittany Williams Leverett

The Octopus Arms™ Masterclass was the first in a broader series of live educational workshops I helped develop with Brittany Williams Leverett, introducing a signature framework that became foundational to her coaching content ecosystem. Designed as a lead-generating brand-building event, the live masterclass helped entrepreneurial women rethink overwhelm, delegation, and overextension through Brittany’s “Octopus Arms” concept — and continued generating audience engagement through replay access after the live session. I led messaging development and creative execution for the launch, including shaping promotional and registration copy, designing the full masterclass presentation deck, creating branded email campaigns and visual email assets, and producing supporting launch materials that carried the experience across live promotion and evergreen replay conversion touchpoints.

Delegate & Automate Masterclass • Brittany Williams Leverett

Brittany Williams Leverett is a multi-business owner, CEO, and coach for entrepreneurial women. I supported the development and launch of her Delegation & Automation Masterclass, a free one-hour educational workshop designed to help entrepreneurial women reclaim time through smarter delegation and automation. Positioned as both a valuable audience resource and a lead-generation touchpoint, the masterclass introduced Brittany’s coaching framework in an accessible, action-oriented format. Goal: Driving audience engagement as an entry point into Brittany’s broader coaching ecosystem. I led messaging and creative execution for the campaign, including shaping promotional copy, designing the full presentation deck, and creating branded email and launch assets that supported audience engagement across both live and replay formats.
